This is Kori’s foundational running program, designed to help you improve your 5K time while laying the groundwork for longer-distance training. Over four weeks, you’ll follow a balanced structure that rotates between easy runs, speed workouts, and longer endurance runs to help build speed safely and sustainably.
Throughout the series Kori will bring you into his world, sharing insights from his background and coaching philosophy as you explore his hometown in the UK.
