January and February Goal Chaser Challenge

The start of a new year brings a fresh perspective. It’s the perfect time to set intentions for yourself and think about how your fitness goals fit into the picture. Enter the Goal Chaser Challenge! We’re introducing six brand new series to give you the opportunity to make the most of your goals. 

Every series in this Challenge is brand new to the iFIT Library. The iFIT team traveled the world to create fresh, NEW workouts to inspire, encourage, and help you chase your dreams! 

NEW: To give you the opportunity to complete these series, you have two months to finish all the workouts. The Goal Chaser Challenge begins on January 3, but you have until February 28 to complete all the workouts in the Challenge and earn your reward! Big goals take time to accomplish, so you’ll have two months to complete this Challenge.

Whether you just want to start moving your body or you’re chasing a big goal, we have a brand new series to help take you where you want to go. Best of all, you can use SmartAdjust™ on your iFIT-enabled treadmill, elliptical, rower, or bike to tailor your workouts to your personal fitness level.

Italy Weight Loss Walking Series with iFIT Trainers Chris and Stacie Clark

Building off their Turks and Caicos Weight Loss Walking Series, Stacie and Chris will lead you through 18 walking workouts ranging from interval work to endurance walks and speed plays. From the ancient city of Portofino to the quaint fishing villages of Cinque Terre on the rugged Italian Riviera coast, and the amazing architecture and renaissance artwork in Florence, this series will push you to work hard while taking in the local culture!

Bahamas Beginner Weight Loss Series with iFIT Trainer Kelsey Sheahan

Join Kelsey on the sparkling shores of the Bahamas for 12 workouts that combine walking and jogging with Pilates-inspired cross training. Along the way, you’ll take in the beautiful and diverse landscape of the Bahamas. Grab your sunglasses and get ready to meet up with Kelsey for this tropical fitness adventure!

Italy Weight Loss Cycle Series with iFIT Trainer Jenny Fletcher

Over the course of 16 bike rides, you’ll focus on increasing your strength and endurance as iFIT Trainer Jenny Fletcher takes you on an incredible tour of Tuscany. You’ll pedal along some of Italy’s most famous roads, taking in the beautiful sea coast, rolling hills, and gorgeous views of Tuscany as you capture the sights of Florence, and the leaning Tower of Pisa. Along the way, Jenny will challenge you with intervals, endurance, speed play, and recovery rides.

Fast and Fit: French Polynesia Rowing Series with iFIT Trainer Kevin Scott

In this 12-workout intermediate series, you’ll explore the crystal clear waters of French Polynesia with iFIT Trainer Kevin Scott while working on speed, power, and endurance on your rower. These total-body workouts are designed to get your heart rate up and increase your overall strength.

Redefine Fitness Strength Series with iFIT Trainer Kelsey Wells

This series provides a comprehensive approach to total-body strength training. You’ll work through a glute and hamstring workout, a back, shoulder, and abs session, a leg workout, and a chest, triceps, and abs workout. All you’ll need to get started on this series are dumbbells! iFIT Trainer Kelsey Wells will help you focus on staying mindful and grateful for the power of movement and your body by setting intentions, using affirmations, and ending every session with a moment of gratitude.

Yoga workouts

Hawaii Yoga HIIT Series with iFIT Trainer AnaMaria Ramirez

Go on a tropical fitness adventure with iFIT Trainer AnaMaria Ramirez! This intermediate yoga series combines core-focused yoga flows with weight training and HIIT work to give your entire body a good sweat. You’ll alternate between yoga-focused days and HIIT-focused days as AnaMaria takes you to fabulous locations in Oahu.

Join the Hawaii Yoga HIIT Series

NEW this month: both strength Challenge series are available for Vault and Vue users! You can access the Redefine Fitness Strength Series with iFIT Trainer Kelsey Wells and the Hawaii Yoga HIIT Series with iFIT Trainer AnaMaria Ramirez by searching for them on your machine. You must start and complete all the workouts in your selected series on your Vault or Vue machine to earn your reward. 

No matter what series you choose, you’re sure to expand your horizons as you chase your fitness goals!
