Each month, iFit releases a new challenge to our members. Over the last year, our members stepped up to several challenges, summiting great heights, and even traveling across the United States.
As 2020 winds down, we wanted to introduce a unique challenge—one that inspires the formation of good habits, encourages the movement of the body, and is a reminder of the value of consistency.
Enter the Consistency Challenge. We’re challenging our members to complete at least 3 iFit workouts every week (Monday through Sunday) until Sunday, January 3, 2021.
If you complete at least 3 iFit workouts each week for the entire length of the Challenge, we'll send you an exclusive reward in the mail!

Build consistency without pressure in the Beat the Clock Challenge. This February, focus on one simple goal: 150 minutes of moderate-intensity movement each week. With guided workouts across treadmill, cycling, rowing, and strength already curated in the iFIT app, it’s easy to turn small time blocks into lasting momentum.
