This time, you’ll be island hopping through Spain’s Canary Islands and Portugal’s island of Madeira as you prepare for your 10K.
About iFIT Trainer Tommy Rivs Puzey
Tommy Rivs Puzey has loved running since he was a child. As a professional endurance athlete and coach, he specializes in exercise physiology, health, wellness, nutrition, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. After working and traveling extensively throughout Mexico and Central America, Tommy headed back to the U.S. to complete his doctoral degree in physical therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

About the Canary Islands and Madeira
Located off the coast of Morocco, the Spanish Canary Islands and Portugal’s island of Madeira are home to bright, beautiful towns, gorgeously rugged terrain, azure bays, and unforgettable vistas! In this running workout series, you and Tommy will visit Spain’s highest peak, get lost in shifting sand dunes, meet the mayor of the colorful San Cristobal de La Laguna, and more. As you run, Tommy will introduce you to the story of the Canary Islands' first inhabitants and the intriguing history of Madeira.

About the workouts
In this 24-part running workout series, you and Tommy will tackle two pillar workouts, three recovery runs, and one long run each week for four weeks.
