Push your body to new limits in the End of the World Series with iFit Trainer John Peel!

About John

John Peel is a former NCAA Division I football player. Using his extensive knowledge and fitness experience, he opened up his own personal gym. He specializes in circuit training and transforming your body and mind. John’s workouts are fun, fast-paced, and very dynamic. You can always expect a good sweat!

About Argentina and Antarctica

Wondering why we call this our End of the World Series? That’s because you and John will go from Argentina down to the end of the world in the frozen landscape of Antarctica! You'll make your way along Mount Fitz Roy of the Patagonia region, which lies on the Argentine-Chilean border. From there, you’ll head south to Ushuaia, the world’s southernmost city!

From there, John will take you by boat across the treacherous Drake Passage, then onward to Antarctica. You'll see penguins and glaciers in Paradise Bay and take a tour of the arctic islands. Get ready for a training experience like never before!

About the workouts

This program is meant to take your fitness level from intermediate to advanced and work your whole body in a variety of ways. Over the course of 4 weeks, John will coach you through a total of 20 workouts, mixing high-intensity interval training, incline walking, jogging, running, and of course, total-body weight training. You’ll train various muscle groups, build your endurance, and work on those fitness goals!

With an average workout length of 39 minutes, taking your fitness to new heights doesn’t have to be a chore. Why not go on an adventure while you’re at it?
