Mt. Everest Live Workout Recap
On Monday, March 22, 2021, we kicked off our first-ever Live Workout from Mt. Everest with iFit Guide Kenton Cool! The community was absolutely ecstatic to hike up Kalla Pattar with Kenton, ending at the summit with a stunning view of Mt. Everest in the distance. This train-to-terrain hike was just a preview of the upcoming workout series Everest: A Trek to Base Camp, so get ready for a workout journey unlike any other!
