About Lake District, England

Lake District is a region in northwestern England in the county of Cumbria and home to Lake District National Park. Lake District National Park is the most visited National Park in the United Kingdom, boasting roughly 16 million visitors per year. The National Park has several bodies of water, but only one is officially called a lake: Bassenthwaite Lake. The remaining bodies are referred to as meres, tarns, and waters.

Along with Alex, you’ll enjoy walks through historic farms with animals in Seathwaite, take in breathtaking views of Helvellyn Summit, and experience the English countryside like never before, all while working on your fitness!

About the workouts

This program is perfect for beginners and features nine walks. Over the course of three weeks, Alex will lead you on an adventure, with the goal of helping you improve your walking technique, endurance, and aerobic fitness.

With an average walking time of less than 28 minutes, this series is great if you need a break from sitting behind the desk or want to add more steps into your daily routine.
