About iFIT Trainers Chris and Stacie Clark

Chris Clark discovered his passion for personal training almost 35 years ago. As a 3-time All-American Athlete, he’s trained collegiate and professional teams, including the Timberwolves, Vikings, and Colts. His training style is challenging, motivating, and constantly changing, with a focus on pushing his clients to do more than they think they can.

Stacie Clark’s passion for health and fitness began during childhood. In high school, she excelled as a three-sport varsity athlete and has since channeled that love for sports into a successful career. She’s now a celebrity trainer, mother of two, and co-founder and CEO of Tiger Athletics.
About St. Lucia

You’ll walk through famous landmarks in this series, including Sugar Beach, Vigie Lighthouse, and Pigeon Island. Each workout was filmed in St. Lucia—a Caribbean island famous for its incredible landscape, including mountains, volcanic beaches, crystal clear waters, and reef diving sites.
This series will allow you to experience the most picturesque sights this island has to offer. You’ll walk on the beaches and trails to move your body while you take in the beauty of this Caribbean island.
About the workouts
Chris and Stacie will lead you through a total of 24 beginner workouts in this series. Each workout is designed to help improve your fitness. You’ll alternate between endurance, steady-state hikes, bodyweight cross training, and recovery stretching. Best of all, each workout will let you explore gorgeous waterfalls, white sand beaches, and the volcanic Piton mountains.
In this series, you’ll experience beautiful locations like Sapphire Falls, Marigot Bay, and Choc Beach.
