The Aligned Athlete: Build Strength From the Inside Out
Strength isn't just about how much you can lift. It's also about how well you can control your body.
The Aligned Athlete, led by iFIT Trainer Jeni DelPozo, is a six-workout intermediate Reformer series focused on building strength, stability, balance, and alignment through purposeful movement.
With unilateral exercises, rotational work, core training, and full-body strength sequences, the series challenges you to move with greater awareness and control.

Find Your Balance
Our bodies aren't perfectly symmetrical, and that's okay.
Working one side at a time can help you identify differences in strength, stability, and control. Throughout The Aligned Athlete, Jeni incorporates unilateral movements that challenge each side independently, giving you the opportunity to develop more balanced strength.
Put Your Core in Control
Your core plays a central role in almost everything you do.
Jeni incorporates planks, teasers, rotational movements, and other core-focused exercises throughout the series. These movements challenge your ability to stabilize while your arms and legs move, helping you develop control that translates to full-body movement.

Rotate, Stabilize, Strengthen
The human body doesn't only move forward and backward. We twist, rotate, reach, bend, and shift our weight constantly.
That's why rotational movements are an important part of this series. From kneeling chops to standing single-leg work, you'll challenge your body in multiple planes of movement while developing strength and stability.
Move With Intention
One of the biggest benefits of reformer Pilates is the opportunity to slow down and pay attention to how you're moving.
Jeni's coaching encourages you to focus on alignment, precision, and control rather than simply rushing through each exercise. The result? Training that challenges your body while helping you stay aware of how it moves.
