The Resilient Body: Build Strength That Moves With You
A strong body isn't just about how much weight you can lift or how long you can hold a plank. It's about how well you move, how confidently you handle challenges, and how capable you feel from workout to workout.
The Resilient Body series with iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson is designed to help you build that kind of strength. Across eight dynamic reformer Pilates workouts, you'll combine strength training, jump board cardio, and functional movement to challenge your entire body while improving stability, mobility, coordination, and endurance.

Strength Meets Cardio
This isn't your typical Reformer workout. Ashley blends controlled Pilates movements with bursts of jump board cardio, creating sessions that challenge both your muscles and your cardiovascular system.
You'll work through exercises targeting your core, upper body, glutes, and legs, with jump board intervals adding an extra dose of power and energy. The result is a workout that helps you build strength while keeping you moving.
Challenge Your Stability
A resilient body needs more than raw strength. It needs control.
Throughout the series, you'll use the reformer, Pilates box, jump board, and poggles to challenge your balance, coordination, and stability. You'll move through controlled strength exercises and dynamic sequences that ask your body to adapt and respond.

Build Strength You Can Use
The goal isn't simply to make your muscles tired. It's to help you become a stronger, more capable mover.
By combining functional movement patterns with resistance training and cardio, The Resilient Body helps develop the strength and endurance you can carry into your everyday activities and other workouts.
