About Costa Rica

You’ll run on beaches and jungle trails in this intermediate program as you experience the breathtaking coastline and volcanic rock formations. Each workout was filmed in Costa Rica—a rugged country that’s full of rainforests and located in Central America. It is known for its beaches, as it is bordered by both the Pacific and Caribbean Oceans. Approximately 25% of the country is made up of protected jungles that are filled with fascinating wildlife…especially insects!

This series will allow you to experience the most beautiful sights this biodiverse country has to offer. You’ll run and train on the beaches and trails to move your body while you take in the beauty of this iconic landscape.
