Since launching in 2015, Sweat has become one of the largest online female fitness communities, reaching millions of women with Kayla’s unique fitness programming. Sweat empowers women by providing access to workouts, advice, and experiences created by women’s fitness experts. In July 2021, Sweat officially became part of the iFIT fitness family.
Like iFIT, Sweat is all about helping people improve their health by connecting them with trainers and workouts that inspire them.
