Explore the Coast in a Feel-Good Cycling Series with iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson

Love cycling but struggle with consistency? The Olympic National Park Coastal Feel-Good Cycling Series is here to help you. Led by iFIT Trainer Ashley Paulson, this six-workout cycling experience was created for casual to intermediate riders who want more structure and confidence on the bike.

How it works

The goal isn’t to push you to your limits; it’s to help you build a cycling habit that feels achievable and sustainable. Each workout is 30 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your schedule. They progress slowly to help you build confidence without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. 

Ashley’s signature positive, high-energy coaching style will help you stay motivated as she guides you through proper form and effective breathing techniques.

What to expect

You’ll complete six workouts over three weeks so you can focus on progression. Each ride has a purpose, from improving endurance to challenging yourself with climbs and tempos. Best of all, you will explore beautiful coastal landscapes in stunning locations like Discovery Bay and La Push Beach.
