Build Strength That Fits Your Life With the Lean Muscle Method
You don’t need hours in the gym to get stronger. You need a plan you can stick with.
Meet the Lean Muscle Method, a four-week dumbbell strength and conditioning program led by iFIT Trainer Bree Cox. Designed for busy schedules and focused on intentional training, the program combines strength work with high-energy conditioning to help you build lean muscle, develop definition, and feel stronger from the inside out, all in 30 minutes or less.

Four Weeks. One Smart Plan.
Instead of piecing together random workouts, the Lean Muscle Method gives you a structured plan to follow from start to finish. Each week builds on the last, with workouts designed around a balanced mix of lower-body strength, upper-body training, and full-body conditioning.
The result? Every workout has a reason behind it.
You’ll work through a variety of training styles, including glute-focused lower-body sessions, shoulders and arms, push/pull strength, Tabata, HIIT-style conditioning, and full-body circuits.
And because the workouts are generally just 20–25 minutes, it’s easier to make training part of your routine, even when your schedule is packed.
Strength Meets Conditioning
The Lean Muscle Method isn’t just about lifting weights. Bree pairs intentional strength training with conditioning to create workouts that challenge you in different ways.
You’ll use dumbbells for movements such as squats, Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts, presses, rows, curls, lunges, and more. Conditioning blocks add movements like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, burpees, skaters, and other dynamic exercises to keep things moving.
That combination gives the program an athletic feel while keeping each session focused and efficient.

Progress With Purpose
One of the biggest benefits of following a structured program is knowing what you’re working toward.
The Lean Muscle Method incorporates different dumbbell loads, timed blocks, recovery periods, and progressive strength work throughout the four weeks. You’ll move between heavy, medium, and lighter dumbbells depending on the workout and exercise, giving you opportunities to challenge yourself while maintaining good form.
Rather than wondering what workout to do next, you can simply press play and get to work.
Made for Real Life
You don’t need a fully equipped gym to get started. The program calls for a few straightforward pieces of equipment: dumbbells, a mat, and a bench.
Whether you’re squeezing in a session before work, training during your lunch break, or getting your workout done before the rest of the day begins, the goal is the same: make your training count.
With Bree Cox guiding you through each session, you’ll have a clear path to follow, fresh challenges each week, and workouts designed to help you become stronger, fitter, and more athletic.
