Move Like Her: Chase your goals with iFIT's Elite Female Trainers This October
This October, iFIT is handing the workouts over to some of the most accomplished female athletes and coaches in the world. The Move Like Her Challenge spans every modality running, walking, cycling, rowing, strength, and reformer, and every workout is led by a woman who has competed, trained, and coached at the highest level. Whether you're looking for a trail run through Japan, a rowing session with a champion, or a reformer series built around your cycle, there's something here for you.
What is the Move Like Her Challenge?
The Move Like Her Challenge is iFIT's October challenge, built entirely around our incredible female trainers. It's open to all fitness levels, works across every type of equipment, and runs all month long so you can move at your own pace, in whatever way feels right.
Who are the trainers leading the challenge?
The lineup spans six modalities and reads like a who's who of women in endurance sport and fitness coaching.
Running
On the treadmill, iFIT Trainers Ashley Paulson, Hannah Eden, Lucy Bartholomew, Kelsey Sheahan, Heather Jenson, and ultramarathon legend Sally McRae lead runs through Japan, Germany, the Adriatic coast, Canada, and California.

Walking

Rowing
The rowing lineup might be the most decorated group in the challenge: Olympic and World Champions Susan Francia, Alice Mayne, Laine Karwoski, Jessica Eddie, Micheen Thornycroft, and Sanita Puspure row through Montana, Norway, Cyprus, England, Zambia, and Ireland.

Strength
Strength workouts come from Leah Rosenfeld, Ashley Paulson, Kaillie Humphries, Hannah Eden, AnaMaria Ramirez, and Sara Colquhoun, spanning studio sessions in Iceland, Costa Rica, San Diego, and Adelaide.

Reformer
And on the reformer only, iFIT Trainer Yvette McGaffin leads something genuinely new: a 10-workout series built around the four phases of the menstrual cycle, designed to help you train in sync with your body rather than against it.
From your machine's touchscreen, go to Challenges and select Move Like Her to start Yvette McGaffin's 10-workout cycle-phase series.

What makes this challenge worth doing?
Every coach in this challenge has done the hard thing herself. Lucy Bartholomew has run the TransAlpine. Sally McRae has covered hundreds of miles in a single race. Susan Francia has stood on a podium at the world’s stage. That experience shows up in how they coach, not just what they say, but how they push you and when they pull back.
The reformer component is a standout. Yvette McGaffin's cycle-phase series is one of the first of its kind on, matching workout intensity and focus to the Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, and Luteal phases. It's smart training built around how women actually feel, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
How do I join the Move Like Her Challenge?
Open the iFIT app, head to the Challenges tab, and select the Move Like Her Challenge to get started. You can mix modalities throughout the month, work at your own level, and complete as many workouts as you like. The challenge runs all October.
