Introducing the Summer Level Up Challenge, a three-month fitness journey designed to help you stay motivated and build momentum all season long. Starting in June and continuing through August, each month builds on the last with more workouts, more trainers, and bigger goals to help you finish the summer stronger than you started.
How it works
Each month introduces a new Challenge with increasing workout goals and a wider variety of iFIT Trainers and workout styles.

July is all about staying the course and committing to your goals. From here, you’ll wrap things up in August as you progress to more workouts, more iFIT Trainers, and longer duration workouts.
Complete the workouts from your selected Challenge level by July 31, 2026 and you’ll earn this digital reward for your Trophy Case.

Walking: Join iFIT Trainers Paulo Barreto, John Peel, Amanda Kloots, and Nicole Meline to continue your journey in picturesque locations like Hawaii and Portugal. You’ll complete six walking workouts that are 21 minutes or less so you can finish the summer strong.

Running: Join iFIT Trainers Knox Robinson, Hannah Eden, Ashley Paulson, and John Peel to continue your journey in picturesque locations like Mexico and Mauritius. You’ll complete six running workouts that are 25 minutes or less so you can finish the summer strong.

Cycling workouts
Cycling: Join iFIT Trainers John Peel, Paulo Barreto, Yuri Hauswald, and Gideon Akande to continue your journey in picturesque locations like Costa Rica and Bermuda. You’ll complete six cycling workouts that are 20 minutes or less so you can finish the summer strong.
