Explore the Wondrous Beauty of Yosemite in the Yosemite National Park Hiking Series
With towering granite cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and peaceful forest trails, Yosemite National Park invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate every step. In the Yosemite National Park Hiking Series, iFIT Trainer Leah Rosenfeld will guide you through six intermediate hikes that combine purposeful training with unforgettable scenery.
Whether you're looking to build endurance, reconnect with movement, or simply enjoy the journey, this series offers the perfect opportunity to experience one of America's most iconic National Parks from wherever you are.
Hike at Your Own Pace
"Yosemite has a way of making you want to slow down and take it all in. That's exactly what we're going to do."
Leah's coaching encourages you to focus on effort rather than speed. Throughout the series, you'll challenge yourself with steady hiking and gradual progressions that help you build endurance while staying present.

What to Expect
Across six workouts ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, you'll explore some of Yosemite's most scenic locations, including:
Carlon Falls
Wapama Falls
Lookout Point
Red Rock Falls
Hetch Hetchy Overlook
Chilnualna Falls
Each hike is designed with intentional progressions, using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) to help you increase your effort naturally. You'll move between comfortable hiking, sustained climbing efforts, and power hiking intervals that strengthen your cardiovascular fitness without feeling overwhelming.
